A Senior Psychologist originally hailing from South Africa, I'm now based in Sydney in my 29th year as a therapist. Supporting individuals, couples, relationships and families is what I love, helping you get through life and being the best version of yourself that you can be. I've spent my years working with Adult and Adolescent Neurodiversity (ADHD and ASD), Anxiety, Complex Trauma, Dissociation, individual issues such as attachment or family of origin challenges, as well as the complexities of marital and family relationships and work/collegial conflicts.
